We have been working hard on this site to make sure we provide you with all the information you may want to know about YOUR community. The whole reason this site exists is to provide you an easy way to access information about your HOA and what is being done behind the scenes. We know the importance of open communication with the residents of our neighborhood, and we are committed to that goal.

This is YOUR site!

This site is designed to be interactive. You DO have a say in your community. On your account page you can designate your preferred methods of contact, see the real time status of your ARC submissions, access membership meeting information including the minutes and recordings, and sign up to become part of a committee or become a board member nominee.

Help out your neighbor!

We have two pages that were created to help your fellow neighbors.

The first page is the Resident Owned Businesses page. Here you can find local businesses owned buy residents of Rock Springs. Consider looking here when needing help with a certain project. Maybe you can help out a local buisness. All registered residents can also list their own businesses if they so wish.

The second page we created is the Resident Referrals Page. If you've hired a company to do work for you and you had an experience you would like to share (good or bad), you can list it here. Protect your neighbors from dishonest businesses and help them find companys that truely take care of their customers.

Newest News

November 13th was the Annual HOA Meeting.

We had a productive annual meeting with just under 30 participants. While we wish this number were larger, we appreciate all of those that did participate. We discussed what we have been able to accomplish in 2025 and what we wish to accomplish in coming years. The residents' ideas directly contribute to how the HOA spends funds to better the neighborhood for all. Coming soon will be the last newsletter of the year and we will include some of the topics covered at the annual meeting.
